Building Management System

MTTS provides a total integrated solution based on an open system which encompasses BMS for controlling and monitoring HVAC, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, Electrical Systems, Door Access and Security Systems.

The Building Management System offers independent (stand-alone) DDC Controllers that can be networked with just one pair of cable and has system expansion capability for any future additions and system integrations.

BMS uses the Open Protocol and thus can be directly connected to any system/PC which has BAC net or LON Talk compatibility. It possesses capabilities for systems integration between BMS, Fire Alarm Systems, Access Control, Security Systems and many more.
